WILL-CALL RULES

Will-Call Hours are  Friday 12pm -10pm, Saturday 8am-11pm & Sunday 8am-1pm at Mad Paddle Brewery located at 301 West St, Madison, IN 47250. Please bring receipt of purchase and identification. If you have misplaced your receipt please E-Mail us through the website at MadisonRegatta.com and we will re-issue your purchase receipt.

RV RULES

  1. Payment
  2. Legacy: Invoices will be sent out January 2nd. Full Payment is due by February 28, 2019
  3. Failure to make payment by this date will result in forfeiture of parking site
  4. New RV Parking: Full payment is due at time of reservation.
  5. Check In: Tuesday, July 2, 2019 after 12pm
  6. No later than Thursday, July 4, 2019 – 4pm
  7. Check Out: Monday, July 8, 2019 before 11am
  8. RV Dimensions:
  9. RV’s in Campgrounds A, B, C, D and E1 to 20’x40’
  10. RV’s in Campground E2 are restricted to 20’x50’
  11. RV’s in Campground F are restricted to 20’x40’
  12. Electric/Water: All electric sites are 30amp service. Water hookups or fill stations are available.
  13. Each reservation will include 2 combo wristbands.
  14. No Fires
  15. Gas or Charcoal Grills are allowed
  16. Quiet time: 12am – 7am
  17. Service Animals with approved documentation and permits.
  18. No bicycles, skateboards, hover boards, roller blades or skates inside Madison Regatta Gates
  19. Dump wagon is available upon request of camper. Camper will pay $25.00 to A1 Portables.

  21. 1 parking pass is assigned to each camper. This parking pass is for 1 vehicle to be parked in designated areas.
  22. No Firearms or Weapons

CAMPING RULES

  1. $40.00 per 12x12 spot
  2. Reservations can be made online: www.madisonregatta.com/tickets
  3. Spots are first come first serve. Be generous to your neighbors and follow the 12x12 rule
  4. Each tent camper is required to purchase the Madison Regatta Music and Racing Combo wristband. $40.00/per person
  5. Check In: Thursday, July 4, 2019 after 9am
  6. Check Out: Monday, July 8, 2019 before 11am
  7. Electric/Water: These services are not available for tent camping. Personal Generators are allowed except during following hours: 12am-7am.
  8. Showers: Available at Crystal Beach Swimming Pool.
  9. Daily from 12pm-6pm
  10. $2.00 per shower
  11. No Fires
  12. Gas/Charcoal Grills are allowed
  13. No Fire Pits/Bowls
  14. Quiet time: 12am – 7am
  15. Service Animals with approved documentation and permits.
  16. No bicycles, skateboards, hover boards, roller blades or skates inside Madison Regatta Gates

TARP RULES

  1. Must Present Tarp Receipt Upon Request
  2. Set-Up Thursday, July 4th tarps can be set up
  3. Nothing on the sidewalk.
  4. No Over-Night Camping In Tarp Area
  5. No Open Fires Or Grills IN Tarp Area
  6. No Encroaching On Safety Barrier
  7. All Tarps Must Be Removed On Sunday July 7th After Final Race

RACING GATE HOURS

8AM-5PM Saturday July 6th and Sunday July 7th. Racing beginning between 10-11AM Saturday July 6th and Sunday July 7th.

MUSIC HOURS

Gates to Bicentennial Park open 3:30pm Thursday July 4th, 3:30pm Friday July 5th & 1:00pm Saturday July 6th.

ALCOHOL/FOOD RULES

Carry in alcohol is permitted to those over 21 with a valid ID FOR RACES ONLY. Glass bottles are permitted but plastic and aluminum are preferred. Carry in alcohol NOT PERMITTED IN CONCERT VENUE, beer and cocktails will be served by vendors within concert area.

GATES

Entry gates to festival at following streets: Mill, Broadway, West, Mulberry,

Jefferson, Walnut, East and Ferry St.

ANIMALS

Only service animals are permitted inside the Madison Regatta gated areas. Service animals must be clearly marked with a vest or some sort of reflective item identifying them as a service animal.

ALCOHOL

CHILDREN

Children 6-14 need a kids wristband, which includes admission to racing, music and the pits. Kids 5 and under are FREE. 14+ need Adult wristbands.

BRING IT

Be prepared, this is an outdoor event.  In the general area you are expected to bring your own seating, shade, skin protection (sunscreen, long sleeves, hats, glasses, etc...) if necessary. Also, you can bring in your own food and refreshments to keep you going BUT NO FOOD OR DRINK AT CONCERT VENUE!

SCHEDULE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Depending on weather conditions, river conditions, or circumstances beyond our control the schedule may change. Please listen to the PA and on the radio at FM 96.7 WORX for announcements on schedule changes. We will also try to update the Facebook page and website and other social media accounts with changes to the schedule.

ACTIVITIES ALL WEEK

Events include a parade, local fire stations compete in a water ball fight, the Madison Courier Fire Cracker 10k, music in the park, a street dance, beauty pageant, and more.

TICKETING

You have the option of purchasing a $25 Race Only Pass which will grant you entry to the Madison Regatta, a $25 Roostertail Pass which will grant you access to Bicentennial Park during Music Festival Friday and Saturday night OR a $40 Weekend Pass for both experiences! ALL WRISTBANDS ARE PICKED UP AT WILL-CALL! THEY WILL NOT BE MAILED!

ENTRY & SECURITY

NO WHEELS

No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, hover boars, mopeds, non authorized golf carts or mopeds are permitted inside the gates of regattas. Only wheel chairs, mobility scooters, or any other device used to help with a disability is permitted inside the gates.

WEATHER

Being an outdoor event, things are subject to change. NO REFUNDS.

DON'T GO TO WISCONSIN

The Madison Regatta is in Madison, Indiana not Madison, Wisconsin. It is between Louisville, Kentucky  and Cincinnati,Ohio. Madison is not near the interstate. Please plan your route or use GPS. Major roads to Madison are State Highways 62, 56, 7, and 421.
