6. Showers: Available at Crystal Beach Swimming Pool with paid pool admission.

Wristbands are available for pickup at the Madison Regatta Office, Monday to Friday 10 AM to 4 PM.

  • Racing gates open at 8AM and close 5PM Saturday and Sunday.
  • Music Gates open at 4PM each day.

No outside food or drink allowed inside Bicentennial Park.

Entry gates to festival at following streets: Mill, Broadway, West, Mulberry, Jefferson, St. Michaels and Ferry St. No guns or weapons allowed.

Only service animals are permitted inside the Madison Regatta gated areas. Service animals must be clearly marked with a vest or some sort of reflective item identifying them as a service animal. They must have documentation of service animal certification with them to be allowed entry with the service animal.

All children 12 and under are free, they will be given a kids wristband. Children 13 and older will need to purchase a racing only or combo wristband to be admitted into the gates.

Depending on weather conditions, river conditions, or circumstances beyond our control the schedule may change. Please listen to the PA and on the radio at FM 96.7 WORX for announcements on schedule changes. We will also try to update the Facebook page and website and other social media accounts with changes to the schedule.

Available for pick-up at the Madison Regatta Office Monday through Friday 10 AM to 4 PM in the month of June.

No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, hover boars, mopeds, non authorized golf carts or mopeds are permitted inside the gates of regattas. Only wheel chairs, mobility scooters, or any other device used to help with a disability is permitted inside the gates.

No refunds, all sales final.

The Madison Regatta is in Madison, Indiana not Madison, Wisconsin. It is between Louisville, Kentucky  and Cincinnati, Ohio. Madison is not near the interstate. Please plan your route or use GPS. Major roads to Madison are State Highways 62, 56, 7, and 421.

Must stay outside of the pickit line. No place to dock.
