RV Rules

  1. Includes 2 Adult Combo Wristbands
  2. Check In: Tuesday, July 2, 2024 after 12:00 pm
    Check Out: Monday, July 8, 2024 before 12:00 pm
  3. RV Dimensions:
    • RV’s in Campgrounds A, B, C, D and E1 to 20’x40’
    • RV’s in Campground E2 are restricted to 20’x50’
    • RV’s in Campground F are restricted to 20’x40’ 
    • Electric/Water: All electric sites are 30 amp service. 
  4. Water hookups or fill stations are available.
  5. No Fires
  6. Gas or Charcoal Grills are allowed
  7. Quiet time: 12am – 7am
  8. Service Animals with approved documentation and permits.
  9. No bicycles, skateboards, scooters, hover boards, roller blades or skates inside Madison Regatta Gates
  10. Dump wagon information will be provided by A1 Porta Potty
  11. 1 parking pass is assigned to each camper. This parking pass is for 1 vehicle to be parked in designated areas.
  12. No Firearms or Weapons

Tarp Rules

  1. Must Present Tarp Receipt Upon Request
  2. No Early Set Up
    • Regatta to Determine Setup Time
  1. Ropes And Stakes Are To Be Placed On Your Space
  2. No Overnight Camping In Tarp Area
  3. No Open Fires or Grills including at street level
  4. No Encroaching On Safety Barrier 
  5. No Tarps or Canopys On Sidewalks or Overlooks
  6. All Tarps Must Be Removed On Sunday  After Final Race
  7. Regatta Reserves The Right To Have Anyone Removed From The Riverfront Not Complying Or Causing A Disturbance
  8. Tarp Committee Has Final Decision On Any Disputes
