Please bring receipt of purchase and identification. If you have misplaced your receipt please email us and we will re-issue your purchase receipt.

  1. Payment
    • Legacy: Invoices have been sent out
    • Full payment is due to reserve your spot. Payment must be received by February 29, 2020 or spot will be forfeited.
    • Failure to make payment by this date will result in forfeiture of parking site
  1. Prices: Includes 2 Adult Combo Wristbands & 2 Kids Wristbands
  2. New RV Parking: Full payment is due at time of reservation.
  3. Check In: TBD
    • Check Out: Monday July 5th, 2021 before 12pm
  1. RV Dimensions:
    • RV’s in Campgrounds A, B, C, D and E1 to 20’x40’
    • RV’s in Campground E2 are restricted to 20’x50’
    • RV’s in Campground F are restricted to 20’x40’
  1. Electric/Water: All electric sites are 30amp service. Water hookups or fill stations are available.
  2. Each reservation will include 2 combo wristbands.
  3. No Fires
  4. Gas or Charcoal Grills are allowed
  5. Quiet time: 12am – 7am
  6. Service Animals with approved documentation and permits.
  7. No bicycles, skateboards, hover boards, roller blades or skates inside Madison Regatta Gates

  1. 1 parking pass is assigned to each camper. This parking pass is for 1 vehicle to be parked in designated areas.

  7. Regatta Reserves The Right To Have Anyone Removed From The Riverfront Not Complying Or Causing A Disturbance

  • Tickets available for 2021 event
  • Now through April 30th, General Admission tickets are $30
  • May 1st through June 26th, General Admission tickets are $40
  • Beginning June 27th, General Admission tickets are $50 and will only be available at selected locations and/or at the gate.
  • No Music only pass
  • Tickets are available online, at the Regatta office in June 2021, at German American (all Madison/Hanover branches) or Visit Madison
  • Children aged 12 and under are FREE, children 13 and older will need a ticket.

  • Racing gates open at 8AM and close 5PM Saturday July 3rd and Sunday July 4th. Racing beginning between 10-11AM Saturday and Sunday.
  • Music Gates open at 4 pm each day, July 2nd and July 3rd
  • Subject to change

No outside food or drink allowed inside bicentennial park.

Entry gates to festival at following streets: Mill, Broadway, West, Mulberry, Jefferson, Walnut, East and Ferry St. No guns or weapons allowed.

Only service animals are permitted inside the Madison Regatta gated areas. Service animals must be clearly marked with a vest or some sort of reflective item identifying them as a service animal. They must have documentation of service animal certification with them to be allowed entry with the service animal.

All children 13 and under are free, they will be given a kids wristband. Children 14 and older will need to purchase a racing only or combo wristband to be admitted into the gates.

Depending on weather conditions, river conditions, or circumstances beyond our control the schedule may change. Please listen to the PA and on the radio at FM 96.7 WORX for announcements on schedule changes. We will also try to update the Facebook page and website and other social media accounts with changes to the schedule.

No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, hover boars, mopeds, non authorized golf carts or mopeds are permitted inside the gates of regattas. Only wheel chairs, mobility scooters, or any other device used to help with a disability is permitted inside the gates.

No refunds, all sales final.

Being an outdoor event, things are subject to change. NO REFUNDS.

Street Parking, Second St at Mulberry St.

The Madison Regatta is in Madison, Indiana not Madison, Wisconsin. It is between Louisville, Kentucky  and Cincinnati,Ohio. Madison is not near the interstate. Please plan your route or use GPS. Major roads to Madison are State Highways 62, 56, 7, and 421.

Must stay outside of the pickit line. No place to dock.
