All online sales end Friday, June 25th.  The cost of the Regatta/Roostertail Music Festival Wristbands increases to $50 starting Saturday, June 26th through Race weekend.   After June 25th, wristbands may only be purchased in person at the Madison Regatta Office (M-F 10a-4p), German American Bank (Madison/Hanover locations), the Visitors Center, and at the gates starting Saturday, July 3rd at a cost of $50 each.

If you purchased your wristbands online (this year or last year), they are available for pickup at the Madison Regatta Office, Monday – Friday 10 AM to 4 PM.

RV Packages are also available for pickup.

If you purchased wristbands, tarp spots or golf cart passes last year before we postponed our event, your order has been rolled forward to 2021. If you need your order confirmation to be resent, please send a message to madisonregattainfo@gmail.com. If you have placed a recent order and did not receive a confirmation, please send a message to the same email address.”

    • Full payment is due to reserve your spot. Payment must be received by February 29, 2020 or spot will be forfeited.
    • Failure to make payment by this date will result in forfeiture of parking site

  1. Electric/Water: All electric sites are 30amp service. Water hookups or fill stations are available.
  2. Each reservation will include 2 combo wristbands.

  5. Quiet time: 12am – 7am
  6. Service Animals with approved documentation and permits.
  7. No bicycles, skateboards, hover boards, roller blades or skates inside Madison Regatta Gates

      b. Spots are first come first serve. Be generous to your neighbors and follow the 12×12 rule
2. Each tent camper is required to purchase the Madison Regatta Music and Racing Combo wristband.

5. Electric/Water: These services are not available for tent camping. Personal Generators are allowed except during following hours: 12am-7am.
6. Showers: Available at Crystal Beach Swimming Pool.

  • Beginning June 26th, General Admission tickets are $50 and will only be available at selected locations and/or at the gate.

  • Racing gates open at 8AM and close 5PM Saturday July 3rd and Sunday July 4th. Racing beginning between 10-11AM Saturday and Sunday.
  • Music Gates open at 4 pm each day, July 2nd and July 3rd

No outside food or drink allowed inside bicentennial park.

Entry gates to festival at following streets: Mill, Broadway, West, Mulberry, Jefferson, Walnut, East and Ferry St. No guns or weapons allowed.

Only service animals are permitted inside the Madison Regatta gated areas. Service animals must be clearly marked with a vest or some sort of reflective item identifying them as a service animal. They must have documentation of service animal certification with them to be allowed entry with the service animal.

All children 13 and under are free, they will be given a kids wristband. Children 14 and older will need to purchase a racing only or combo wristband to be admitted into the gates.

Depending on weather conditions, river conditions, or circumstances beyond our control the schedule may change. Please listen to the PA and on the radio at FM 96.7 WORX for announcements on schedule changes. We will also try to update the Facebook page and website and other social media accounts with changes to the schedule.

Available for pick-up at the Madison Regatta Office Monday through Friday 10 AM to 4 PM now until July 2nd.

No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, hover boars, mopeds, non authorized golf carts or mopeds are permitted inside the gates of regattas. Only wheel chairs, mobility scooters, or any other device used to help with a disability is permitted inside the gates.

No refunds, all sales final.

Being an outdoor event, things are subject to change. NO REFUNDS.

Street Parking, Second St at Mulberry St.

The Madison Regatta is in Madison, Indiana not Madison, Wisconsin. It is between Louisville, Kentucky  and Cincinnati,Ohio. Madison is not near the interstate. Please plan your route or use GPS. Major roads to Madison are State Highways 62, 56, 7, and 421.

Must stay outside of the pickit line. No place to dock.
