The Weekend of July 4th through the 6th marks the 58th Anniversary of Unlimited Hydroplane racing in Madison, and the Madison Regatta will once again be holding a nationally prominent, first-rate unlimited hydroplane race for our faithful supporters and fans. Along with the Unlimited Hydroplanes, a fantastic Air Show will be featured as well as the American Legion Post #9 Fireworks Show occurring Saturday night, and the entertainment of the Music on the River program nightly.

We are inviting you to join us at our VIP TENT in the Hospitality Event Village for a fun-filled weekend of good racing, food, drink, and good friends, while still enjoying comfort and convenience.  The VIP Tent will be open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday July 4th, 5th, and 6th, with services only on Saturday and Sunday and ending with the Indiana Governor’s Cup Race at approximately 3:40p.m. on Sunday.  Note: Madison is now on Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT).

 

Also note that no skateboards, no bicycles, and no animals except service animals are allowed inside the gates of the Madison Regatta.

 

Our standard VIP TENT package this year will be $150.00 per person, with the additional benefits of nearby parking and a pit pass for $185.00 per person.  You can also buy the Pit Pass and Parking Pass separately.

OPTION #1 – STANDARD VIP PASS
$150.00 per person ($50.00 for children 6 – 12, with 5 and under no charge)
Everything is furnished!  Chairs, Tables, Tent, Food, Drinks, Admission Wristband, and Program.  You can view all the action from a prime viewing area, regardless of what time you arrive.  Enjoy the races in comfort with:

                        --1 Official Program                                         Beer, Wine, & Soft Drinks all day Saturday & Sunday
                        --1 Pit Tour – Saturday Only                            Full Breakfast Saturday & Sunday (7-10am)

OPTION #2 – VIP TENT PLUS
$185.00 per person
All the items included in the Standard package plus:
--A 3-Day Parking Pass in a location on the riverfront just a short walking distance from the
  VIP TENT AREA, regardless of what time you arrive.
            --A “Cold Pit Pass” which allows admission to the pit areas for up close viewing of the boat
  action for all three days

******Your order will be available for pickup at the Madison Regatta Office located at 201 E. Vaughn Drive in Downtown Madison starting  June 16th through Thursday July 3rd. On Friday July 4th and thereafter, orders can be picked up at the Will Call Trailer located before the gate entrance on West Street below First Street.
