This is your Media Credentials application for the 2008 Madison Regatta. This year's event is set for July 4-6. Please note the number of credentials you will need for your staff. Credentials are limited to working Media only. You will be able pick up your Press Credentials at the Media Event on Thursday, July 3rd from 4pm - 6:30pm {EDT}. Beginning on Friday, July 4th credentials will be available at the will-call trailer located on West Street just below First Street before the gated entrance to the riverfront. You will need these credentials in order to enter the Madison Regatta event site. Please be sure to submit names where possible, as the credentials are personalized for security purposes. The Madison Regatta is a three-day event this year!
An official RSVP request will be sent to you following receipt of your application to the Madison Regatta Media Event. The Media Event is co-hosted by Madison Regatta Incorporated and the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours Program. The Media Event will be held at the VIP tent just west of the Pit entrance on Vaughn Drive.
